Guest Account Protection

As you traverse the world of Revelation: Infinite Journey, this world will continue to evolve with each update, with the addition of new lands and new features. To ensure that your experience is not interrupted by unexpected technical issues, please take measures to protect your Guest (Play Now) account so that you can secure all your valuable data.




Here is how you can protect your Play Now account: Link your account with an email as soon as possible. This will help you back-up all your game progress in the event of a game update.


  • More details regarding account protection and account recovery (when changing device or reinstalling the game) can be found below.

1. How to PROTECT YOUR PLAY NOW ACCOUNT


    • When signing in, choose the “Play Now” login option.


  • Next, choose the “Support” button, and choose “Account Protection”. Enter your email and password to save the account.
    • The password here is for the game account, please do not use your email account password to avoid compromising your email.
    • Note: This option is only available for devices that have chosen the “Play Now” option.


  • Finally, choose “Agree” to complete the process. Just like that, your play now account is linked and protected. You can now rest easy because your account will not be lost when you change device or uninstall the game.



2. How to LOGIN YOUR PLAY NOW ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER DEVICE


  • In the login menu, Choose “Support”



  • Next pick “Restore Play Now Account”



  • Enter your linked email and password from section (1).



  • That’s it, your “Play Now” account is now logged in to another device.

3. How to RECOVER ACCOUNT PASSWORD


  • In the “Account Recovery” menu, please choose “Forgot Password” option.



  • Enter your linked email in section (1) and press agree.



  • Check your email inbox for a link to redirect you to change your current password.



  • Complete the necessary steps and choose “Update”.
