III. TOURNAMENT RULES

  • The tournament uses a balancing mechanism, meaning all players will have the same attribute stats.
  • The Cross-Region Kickoff Stage will include 4 phases: Friendly Match (1 day), Cross-Region Qualifier (3 days), Point Match (2 days), and Cross-Region Finals (1 day)
  • The Friendly Match will not count towards the tournament results. It is an Organizer Team match between the regional representative teams and the Organizer’s team to mark the opening of the season.
  • Each team must have a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 7 players. The maximum number of identical classes allowed per team is 2. The class “Holy Lancer” is not eligible to participate in the Revelation Global Championship 2025.

IV. MATCH PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE

  • Players log in to the RVL Tourney App and wait in the Match Lobby. 10 minutes before the match begins, the lobby will start a countdown to remind players.
  • Once the countdown ends, the system will automatically match teams and transfer them into the battle area.
  • After the match ends, results will be summarized, and players will be returned to the lobby to prepare for the next match.

V. MATCH FORMAT

1. Friendly Match
  • The Friendly Match will feature 5 teams from the SEA Region, 1 team from the China region, 1 team from the Japan region, and 1 Organizer team, for a total of 8 teams. The Organizer Team consists of staff members from the tournament’s organizing committees across different regions.
  • Each team will play three rounds. The first round will be matched randomly according to the random matching rule, and subsequent rounds will prioritize matching teams with a similar number of wins. After three rounds, the top team of the Friendly Match will be determined, and the entire team will receive a special honorary title.
  • The Friendly Match will take place in the Cross Bout Room, which will be created and managed by the Organizer. Non-participating teams may join as spectators.

a. Schedule:Friendly Match time: 18:00 (GMT+7) on 29 November 2025.

b. Match Format:
  • Each match will follow the BO5 rule, with a total of five rounds: 1v1, 5v5, 3v3, 5v5, and 1v1.
  • Player selection phase: Before the match begins, the team captain will select members to participate in the five rounds. Members participating in the 1v1 and 3v3 rounds cannot be repeated.
  • Preparation time: 45 seconds; Battle time for 1v1: 120 seconds; Battle time for 5v5: 240 seconds; Battle time for 3v3: 180 seconds.
  • Result calculation time: 15 seconds.
  • After the battle time ends, if both sides are not completely eliminated, the result will be determined by comparing the number of surviving players and the total damage dealt. The side with more surviving players wins; if the number of survivors is the same, the side with higher total damage wins.
  • (Note: All 8 teams, including the Organizer team and 7 contestant teams, will be matched simultaneously.)

2. Cross-RegionQualifiers

The Qualifier Stage will feature a total of 32 teams: 20 teams from the SEA region, 6 teams from the China region, and 6 teams from the Japan region. Based on the final scores at the end of the Qualifier, the top 16 ranked teams will advance to the Knockout Stage.

a. Schedule:

The Qualifiers will take place over 3 days: 1, 2, and 3 December 2025, with 6 matches each day in BO3 format. Matches will begin daily at 18:00 (GMT+7).

b. Match Rules for the Qualifiers
  • The match format is BO3, with all 3 rounds being 5v5.
  • Before each round, there will be a “member selection” phase where the team captain selects 5 players (from the 7 registered members) to compete. After each round, members will be re-selected for the next round.
  • Preparation time (member selection): 45 seconds.
  • Battle time: 240 seconds.
  • Result calculation time: 30 seconds.
  • Match result rules: If neither side is completely eliminated, priority is given to the team with more surviving players, followed by total damage dealt. The system will automatically award victory to the team that has already won 2 rounds during the result calculation phase.

c.Ranking Rules for the Qualifiers
  • Each team will play 4 matches per day, for a total of 16 matches. Each round won grants +3 points, while a loss grants +1 point. If a team has fewer than 3 members present, the system will automatically record the match as forfeited.
  • In case of a tie in total points, ranking priority will be given to “pure wins.” Teams with more pure wins will be ranked higher.

*Pure Wins (cumulative over multiple rounds) = [number of wins] - [number of losses].

  • If pure wins are equal, the next tiebreaker is the number of opponents defeated. The team with the higher number of defeated opponents will be ranked higher.

*The number of opponents defeated refers to the actual players defeated in each match (maximum of 5 per match, not counting revives).

3. Points Stage

a. Schedule:
18:00 (GMT+7), 8–9 December 2025

b. Match Rules:

The Points Stage will feature 16 teams, divided into groups based on their Qualifier rankings:

  • Ranks 1–2 will be placed in Groups A and B.
  • Ranks 3–4 will be randomly assigned to Groups A and B.
  • Ranks 5–6 will be randomly assigned to Groups A and B.
  • …and so on until all Top 16 teams are distributed.

Within each group, teams will compete in a single round-robin format across two days:

  • Day 1: 3 matches
  • Day 2: 4 matches
  • A total of 7 matches per team

If teams finish with the same points, the final ranking will be determined by the number of pure wins. If a tie still remains and it affects which teams advance, a tiebreaker match will be held (in the Arena Battle format).

At the end, the Top 4 teams from each group will advance to the Finals, making a total of 8 teams.

c. Arena Battle Rules:
  • Selection Phase:Before the match begins, both teams will select players for 5 rounds. Each round allows 1 player to be chosen, and the 5 selected players cannot belong to the same class.
  • Battle Phase:Teams will send out players in the order they were selected. The winner will recover 10% of their current max HP and retain their Valor Points to continue into the next round. The loser will be replaced by the next selected member. When one team no longer has available players, the match ends and that team loses.
  • Result Calculation:Each match lasts 120 seconds. If neither side is completely eliminated, the total damage dealt will be compared, and the team with higher damage wins.

d. Adjustments in 1v1 Mode (applies to Points Stage and Finals):

  • The playable area will gradually shrink.
  • Healing effectiveness of all classes will be significantly reduced.
  • After 30 seconds, a Jam item will appear in the center of the arena. Interacting with the Jam (5s channel) instantly restores 20% missing HP and increases movement speed by 30% for 20s.
4. Cross-Region Finals

After the Points Stage ends, the Finals bracket will be formed using cross-group seeding rules:

  • Group A 1st place vs. Group B 4th place
  • Group A 2nd place vs. Group B 3rd place
  • Group A 3rd place vs. Group B 2nd place
  • Group A 4th place vs. Group B 1st place

Winners of placement matches advance to the Winner’s Bracket, while losing teams move to the Loser’s Bracket.

The Finals will adopt a double-elimination format:

  • Winners in the Winner’s Bracket stay in the bracket.
  • Losers in the Winner’s Bracket move to the Loser’s Bracket.
a. Schedule:18:00 (GMT+7), 13 December 2025

b. Match Rules:
  • Each match follows BO5 format with five rounds: 1v1, 5v5, 3v3, 5v5, 1v1.
  • Selection Phase:Before the match begins, the team captain assigns members for the five rounds. Members chosen for 1v1 and 3v3 cannot overlap.
  • Preparation Time:45 seconds
  • Battle Duration:
– 1v1: 120 seconds
– 5v5: 240 seconds
– 3v3: 180 seconds
  • Result Calculation:15 seconds
  • At the end of battle time, if neither sideiscompletely eliminated, the winner will be decided based on the number of surviving members. If equal, the total damage dealt will determine the winner.

c. Adjustments in 1v1 Mode (applies to Points Stage and Finals):

  • The playable area will shrink over time.
  • Healing effectiveness of all classes will be significantly reduced.
