GUIDELINES TO MINIMIZE LAGGING ISSUES

Dear fellow Adventurers,

Xiao Yu have received numerous feedback from adventurers using network regarding experiencing lagging issues in the evening when playing games. Recognizing that this issue is not only happening with Revelation but also with many other games, Xiao Yu would like to share with you the following steps to address it:

USING PING-REDUCING SOFTWARE:

To minimize lagging issues, adventurers can use the following ping-reducing software:



DIRECT REPORTING TO THE NETWORK PROVIDER:
 


If the lagging issue persists, adventurers can directly report to network provider by following these steps:
 

1. Check network latency at the time of playing games
- Detailed instructions on how to perform this: CLICK HERE

2. Capture the interface of the ping result
- Ensure to capture the complete ping result to provide accurate information.

3. Send the report directly to the network provider
- Send captured images and detailed information about the issue to Network Providers customer service for them to investigate and rectify promptly.
