We have received some feedback regarding an issue with Revelation: Infinite Journey on the PC platform, where users are encountering a white screen error. We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
After investigating the issue, we have identified that the cause of the error is an outdated Direct X configuration. To resolve this error, we recommend updating your Direct X.

- Step 1: Download the DirectX file using the link HERE.
- Step 2: Extract the Zip file and run DirectX Repair
- Step 3: Choose “Check and Repair” in DirectX Repair Windows and wait a few minutes for the update to be completed.

Once you have updated the files, please restart your computer and relaunch the game. This should resolve any issues and allow you to experience the game as normal!
