REVELATION: NEW WORLD - Q&A

Dear fellow Adventurers, 

We extend our gratitude for your active participation and valuable feedback following the release of Update 2.0 - Revelation: New World on 02/11/2023. We have received several inquiries from the community, and we appreciate your engagement. Below, you will find responses to some frequently asked questions concerning this update: 

PART 1: Q&A 

Q1: What is the reason behind the occurrence of lagging and application crashes after the update? 

A1: For iOS users, the version available on the App Store has been optimized. We kindly request Adventurers to select "Fix Client" in the Login interface under Settings. Please restart the application to enjoy the game seamlessly. 

Regarding Android users, our team is diligently working to resolve the issue. We anticipate a resolution within the next few days. Official information regarding this will be disseminated through our formal communication channels. We urge Adventurers to stay tuned for updates. 

Q2: Why have the Hard Mode Dungeons and Spirit Tower transitioned from daily to weekly, and why were activities such as Death Island, Wild Elite, Heist with Weekly Mission of Staeon City Realm removed from this patch? 

A2: Our decision to eliminate certain activities stems from feedback suggesting that the daily in-game schedule was overly demanding. We have opted to remove activities that did not yield favorable experiences, thus reducing the time constraints on your daily and weekly engagements. This decision is aimed at fostering a more comfortable gaming experience. 

  • Death Island and Wild Elite activities have been discontinued. In their place, Adventurers can participate in two new activities, namely Sect Stage Clearance and Demon Hunt, to compensate for the rewards lost from the former activities. 

  • As for the frequency of Spirit Tower and Hard Mode Dungeons, the reduction in their occurrence is intended to alleviate the daily and weekly activity pressures faced by Adventurers. Rewards from Spirit Tower have quadrupled, and those from Hard Mode Dungeons have been doubled. 

Presently, there are issues related to claiming rewards for Spirit Tower and Hard Mode Dungeons after the update. The Development Team will provide compensation for the corresponding rewards of these two activities to all Adventurers. These adjustments and compensations will be completed no later than 11/11. 

Looking ahead, we will carefully consider your feedback and assess the possibility of reintroducing these activities in subsequent updates. 


Q3: Why have Royal Orders become scarcer after the update? 

A3: Royal Order received from the Starfall Battle activity have been adjusted to increase by an additional 40%. Simultaneously, the cap on Royal Order received in a single round has been raised from 400 to 500. To elaborate: 

Royal Orders from Starfall Battle are derived from three categories: points from Battlefield Points, points from Ranking Points, and points from original Win/Loss/Draw outcomes. 

  • Points from Battlefield Points have been raised by 20% (initial coefficient was 0.5, increased to 0.6). 
  • Points from original Win/Loss/Draw outcomes have been increased by 20%. 

To augment the number of Royal Order received, specific adjustments have been made: 

1. Top Protege: Participation rewards across all ranks have been increased by 350 Royal Order. 
2. Isle of Greed: The top 1-10 rewards have been raised by 350 Royal Order and ranks 11-50 now receive 250 Royal Order. 
3. Sky Battle: Winning a match now grants an additional 300 Royal Order, while losing yields 200 Royal Order. Consecutive victories, up to three, provide 180 Royal Order each. 

Increase the limit of Roya Orders for activities: 
1. Top Protege: 700 points 
2. Isle of Greed: 1,000 points 

 

Q4: Why is there a higher equipment level requirement in this version? 

A4: Since the implementation of Big Update 2.0, Revelation in the SEA market is mandated to synchronize with the game version in other markets due to specific system upgrade requirements. Consequently, instances may arise wherein Adventurers cannot equip items due to the items' level requirements surpassing the character's level. In such cases, Adventurers must wait until their character attains the designated level to equip the items. 

Q5: I am unable to dye the Hair for Weaver’s Dream Outfit Season 4 and Singer's Social Job Hair. 

A5: Currently, these two hairstyles cannot be dyed within the Stylist feature. We plan to introduce the dyeing functionality in future updates. Please note that Adventurers can still change the color for these hairstyles in the face shaping interface using Aesthetics Voucher. 

Q6: I completed the quest "Demon in the Cup" but cannot collect the corresponding reward. 

A6: The quest progression has currently reached this stage. Subsequent parts will be gradually unveiled, allowing players to complete the quest and receive the associated rewards. 

PART 2: KNOWN ISSUES AND UPDATES 

1. Loli character models experienced distortion
=> This issue was resolved on 03/11.
 

2. After class changing, Assassin equipment was not transferred to the new class and continued displaying Assassin skills
=> This matter has been resolved. Compensation rewards in the form of Free Class Change Voucher and Class Change CD Reset Voucher will be dispatched to Adventurers who changed class, as documented by the system prior to 04/11/2023.
 

3. Upon purchasing the Mount Supply –1 Giftpack, White Deer-Mount was unclaimable
=> This issue was resolved on 03/11.
 

4.When purchasing the Wing Supply-1 Giftpack, the Silent Dark-Wings is unclaimable
=> Adventurers encountering this issue will be compensated with the Silent Dark item via in-game mailbox (expected on 07/11). 

  

Finally, the Operations Team always appreciates Adventurers for accompanying Revelation from its launch to the present. This is one of the most significant motivations for us to continuously improve and develop the game. Additionally, to help Adventurers have a better gaming experience, the Production Team will continue to optimize the game based on feedback from Adventurers.
