This feature has unintentionally resulted in an unsatisfying experience in Revelation. The Operations Team sincerely apologizes for this issue. Additionally, cases of mistaken equipment disassembly have been promptly addressed and supported as quickly as possible.
However, the support process carries certain risks to the game's server system which significantly affects the gameplay experience of other current players.
Therefore, despite understanding and willingness to assist players, the Revelation Operations Team hereby announces that they will no longer be able to support the restoration of disassembled equipment to ensure balance within the game's ecosystem.
Equipment Disassemble Recommendation:
- Adventurers should double-check the equipment information, statistics, and Refinement Level before confirming the disassembly.
- The input of the "Confirmation" and "Agree" information in the feature will be considered valid actions (a two-step protection).
- The instructions for setting a level 2 password for the Bag have already indicated "Disable Refinement Transfer" Therefore, during the process of changing equipment, Adventurers need to note down and unlock the password before making any changes or disassembling equipment.
- Since supporting equipment restoration is challenging and complex, Adventurers are strongly advised to avoid encountering such situations.
Support Rules:
Starting from this announcement, the Revelation Operations Team will no longer be able to assist with the restoration of disassembled equipment.
