TRANSACTION FRAUD / REFUND FRAUD VIOLATION PENALTY REMINDER




Dear Adventurer,


After our thorough monitoring & data analysis, our Operations Team has discovered that there are Adventurers who are taking advantage of the transaction refund policy from the Store Platforms (Google Play and App Store). Wherein they are illegally refunding with the intention of profiting illicitly and gaining an unjust advantage in the game.


In order to ensure fairness and an optimal gaming experience for the law abiding majority of Adventurers, we have decided to take strict actions against offending accounts with a permanent account ban.

What is transaction fraud / refund fraud?


  • The offenders start by claiming to be middlemen and advertising that they can top-up at a severely discounted value compared to that which is listed in the game.
  • The process is done through Google and Apple payment channels; offenders will then proceed to top up and get Divine Jades for their game accounts.
  • However, offenders will then proceed to request a refund multiple times, even though the Divine Jades were delivered to their accounts.
  • Requesting a refund multiple times even when there is no payment error is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
  • PLEASE DO NOT buy/trade game items in and out-of-game with strangers, avoid being taken advantage of by these profiteering offenders. You run the risk of losing both your money and the item you have purchased through a fraudulent transaction. Furthermore, engaging in such activities may result in your account being permanently banned.
  • FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED. These are accounts that violated the TERMS of SERVICE by unfairly profiteering through numerous refunds, buying / trading large amounts of Nimbus Coins or other items with an account who engaged in transaction fraud / refund fraud to earn their Divine Jades. We are forced to do this not just because it is in our terms of service but mainly to help preserve the game balance. We urge Adventurers to exercise caution before buying / trading large amounts of Nimbus Coins or other items.

We at the Operations Team wish to remind players to remain vigilant and not fall prey to the tactics of these profiteering offenders, and that you only top-up through these OFFICIAL PAYMENT CHANNELS:


All fraudulent behavior WILL result in a Permanent Ban. Again, we implore you to avoid buying something that has a “Too Good To Be True” price as they were most likely obtained through illegal means. Only top-up through our officially accepted channels!
