II. COMMON RULES:
1. Participants Requirement:
Participants must have an account and characters in the game Revelation, and be at least 18 years old.
2. Applicable scope:
Characters on servers that were created before May 25, 2023.
3. Requirements to participate in the Blaze of Glory - SEA Tournament 2023:
Characters must reach level 60 or above and have access to the Royal Brawl feature.
III. TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
1. First Phase – Registration & In-game Tournament:
a. Duration Time:- Registration period: From 10:00 on May 22 to 23:59 on May 31, 2023.
- In-game tournament period: From 05:00 on June 1 to 02:00 on July 1, 2023.
- The team leader represents each team and fills in the registration form.
- Each team consists of 5 official members and 1 substitute member (a total of 6 members).
- Mandatory requirements for each team when registering for the tournament:

- All members must be from the same country, with the team leader's country as the standard.
Registration results confirmation of successful registration will be sent to the team leader's email within 48 hours from the time of registration.
b. Gameplay format and scoring method:
- Ranking matches are played in 1vs1 or 3vs3 format using the Royal Brawl feature, with individual team member points added to the team’s total
- Scoring method:
- Team's total ranking points = Total ranking points of all registered members who have reached Champion Tier 1-Star rank or higher, based on the rule that 1-Star equals 1 point.

+ In case there are 2 teams (from the same country) with the same total ranking points, the team with the highest star rating among its members will advance to the next round.
*For example:
Team A members' star ratings: 20, 10, 10, 9, 6, 2
Team B members' star ratings: 30, 10, 5, 5, 5, 2
=> Both teams have a total of 57 points, but Team B has the highest star rating (30) among its members, so they will proceed to the next round.
c. Ranking Announcement:
- Ranking announcement time: 20:00 on July 3, 2023.
- TOP 24 teams with the highest total ranking points from each country will qualify for the next round (National Qualifiers).
2. Second Phase: National Qualifiers
a. Duration Time:
- Group draw: 20:00 on July 5, 2023.
- Group stage matches to determine the top 2 teams from each group: July 10-13, 2023
- Competition to select the top 4 teams from each country to participate in the SEA Finals: August 5-6, 2023.
b. Gameplay format and scoring method:
- Group Stage:
- The top 24 teams (from each country) will be divided into 4 groups.
- Using the Cross Bout feature (Cross-Server) - Balanced Mode.
- Playing in a 5v5 format, BO3 matches, round-robin scoring in each group, with the winning team receiving +1 point.
- TOP 2 teams from each group will advance to the National Finals.
- National Finals:
- Using the Cross Bout feature (Cross-Server) - Balanced Mode, cross-group matches based on win/loss brackets.

Playing in a 5v5 format, BO5 matches to select the TOP 4 teams/countries to advance to the SEA Finals.

3. Third Phase – SEA Final
a. Duration Time:

- Group stage matches to determine the TOP 2 teams from each group to participate in the Regional Finals - SEA Finals: July 29 - August 1, 2023.
- Regional Finals matches to determine the champion of the Blaze of Glory - SEA Tournament 2023: August 5-6, 2023.
b. Gameplay format and scoring method:
- Group Stage:
- Based on the results of the National Qualifiers round, a total of 24 teams will participate in the Regional Finals (SEA Finals), divided into 4 groups (each group with 6 teams) representing 6 countries from the Southeast Asia region to compete against each other.
- Using the Cross Bout feature (Cross-Server) - Balanced Mode for round-robin scoring in each group.
- Playing in a 5v5 format, BO3 matches, with the winning team receiving +1 point.
- TOP 2 teams from each group will advance to the SEA Finals.
- SEA Finals:
- Using the Cross Bout feature (Cross-Server) - Balanced Mode for cross-group matches based on win/loss brackets.
- Playing in a 5v5 format, BO5 matches to determine the champion.

IV. PARTICIPATION RULES FOR PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 OF THE BLAZE OF GLORY TOURNAMENT
- For Stage 2 - National Qualifiers and Stage 3 - SEA Finals, the arrangement of creating rooms and organizing the matches will be under Organization Board control.
- Participants must join the tournament's Discord group and stay in contact during the tournament to ensure the latest information updates from the Organization Board.
- Participants need to follow the Organization Board's arrangement and ensure their presence (online on time) to prepare and be ready before each match.
- Follow the instructions of the GM throughout the competition. Do not leave the match room/feature without the GM's order.
- Ensure compliance with the regulations regarding team names, and member names as stated in the tournament's regulations.
- Under any circumstances, the Organization Board's decision is final.

EVENT OTHER RULES:
- Customers of 18 years old and over who have an online game account for Revelation: Infinite Journey may participate in the event.
- The program does not apply to Employees of VNG Games of VNG Joint Stock Company.
- Entries must not violate fine customs and be offensive to others
- Players agree to follow the event rules set by the Organizer and provide enough personal information for the Organizer to award prizes.
- The organizer's decision is final in case of any dispute
- The organizer refuses to deal with cases of providing incorrect information
- The time to deliver prizes is from 45 - 60 days from the date of announcement of the results (depending on the prizes and the location of the winners, the delivery time maybe over 60 days).
- In terms of the merchandise prizes, VNG will pay the shipping costs to the player's country of residence, but the player will have to pay the customs tax (if any) according to the regulations of the player's country of residence to claim the prize.
- Players must provide accurate prize receipt information to VNG. VNG will bear all bank fees incurred (if any) for cash prizes to reward the winner. In case the prize award fails due to the winner's error, the winner must bear all fees incurred for the next prize payment.
- The winning team's prize will be given to the team captain by bank transfer. The Organizer will not intervene in the internal distribution of prizes between teams. At the same time, the prize recipient will be responsible for all personal income taxes incurred (if any) according to the host country's regulations.
- The time for players to receive the reward is within 60 days from the date of notification of the award, after this time, the customer has not come to receive the prize, the prize will be canceled.
